Fried and greasy food may make you feel sluggish but it will do more harm to your body than any good. Studies show that fried food may take much longer time to digest than other food and are lavishly fat. Also, such food during bedtime may cause acid reflux, cramps and sleep disruptions. Eat all the greasy and fried food hours before bedtime and before bedtime if you want to eat proper healthful meal, brown rice, whole grain breads and pastas are healthy alternative.

Alcohol is an unhealthy choice in disguise. Though you feel drowsy and sluggish after few drinks, but it can lead to a disastrous night of sleep. Alcohol dehydrates your body causing a negative effect on muscle growth and restoring energy level while sleeping. So try cutting down on alcohol before bedtime and instead have a herbal tea which will relax your body.
